Sometimes, just reading one more article, emptying the dishwasher, or taking a short walk makes a difference. Other times, making a note to do it the next day is enough.
This is awesome Janice! A simple practice, but it sounds like it makes a world of difference. I need to do a better job of taking stock like this at the end of the day myself.
