My theory on life is that life is beautiful. Life doesn't change. You have a day, and a night, and a month, and a year. We people change - we can be miserable, or we can be happy. It's what you make of your life.

Constant Change
Whether we like it or not, everything is constantly changing. Every piece of the world around us is dynamic. Most importantly, we as individuals are constantly changing regardless of how we choose to live our lives.
We are a product of our environment, and everything around us permeates how we think and act. The things we see every day impact our subconscious mind and, eventually, our conscious actions. We can’t ignore or hide from the undeniable change and influence we’re experiencing. Even doing nothing changes us.
We’re constantly subject to the evolution of ourselves. The trajectory of our minds and, subsequently, our actions, influence who we become over time. While constant change isn’t something we can stop or pause, we have sole control over the trajectory of the changes.
If we think about the trajectory of our lives over an 80-year lifespan and compare that to the constant change we experience, the opportunities to positively impact our trajectory each day are endless. We have an opportunity at every moment of every day to do something that will bend the arc of our life’s trajectory closer to the direction we’d like it to go.
With this many opportunities compounded over so many years, small decisions can make a huge difference, and big decisions can be easily overwhelmed by a slew of smaller ones.
Things as trivial as the state of organization at our desk or as critical as the food we choose to eat every day are the ways we influence the constant change we’re experiencing. We can take a passive approach to the change and let our surroundings decide how the trajectory of our life will be influenced, or we can use each moment as an opportunity to bend the arc of our life in a better direction.
Regardless of what we choose, change will be happening. The question is, what trajectory are we traveling on as we move through life?
